Ethan has recently been playing with our Star Wars Mr. Potato Heads - Darth Tater and Spud Trooper. The toys came with a few extra parts that he mostly plays with... eyes, nose, mouth, and ears. Tonight while sitting in the chair in his bedroom before family prayer, he pulled on his nose and said 'off'. Then he pulled on his eyelids and said 'off'. We quickly explained that he isn't like Mr. Potato Head and cannot remove his body parts. Two year olds do the funniest things.

that is so funny. My daughter Scarlett is so fascinated with parts right now, too. I came in to get her from her nap today, and the first thing she wanted to do was to point to her eyes and say "eyes", ears, nose mouth, hair, etcetera, then she wanted to point to mine and say them. It is so fun when their vocabularies start to explode!
