The Cold That Never Ends

Ryan got sick the week of Christmas, Ethan got sick the week of New Years, then Addy got sick the following week. We all had a cold that seemed to get less potent as it was passed on. We were all well for a week and then it struck again. Ethan was the first victim. Ryan started feeling a little achy with a sore throat, but nothing like it was the first time around. Addy had a sore throat that seemed to linger and felt like she got lucky. Not so. She got hit with a tingling sensation in her nose, accompanied with a runny nose and fever blisters (yes, two... one on her nose and lower lip). Please, please nasty cold virus... leave us alone. We have been through your torture. We've purchased several boxes of tissues, throat losenges, and enough medication that the pharmacy is starting to question if we are making our own drugs (just kidding). We understand that several families have been through you three or more times, but we are really okay with you visiting twice. So, please avoid us for at least 6 months.
